About CB Dance Academy
Since 1985, CB Dance Academy (CBDA). centrally located in Richmond Hill, has been teaching, mentoring, inspiring and encouraging students in their love for dance and performance. We offer a full range of recreational and competitive training in performance arts for students ages 3 years and older.
CBDA has the honor and privilege of having one of the most professional, dynamic and dedicated teaching teams. All our awesome instructors are fantastic role models and mentors for our dancers. They happily share their talents, experience, and generously provide mentor-ship and knowledge in the various disciplines. They share their talents and experience generously, providing mentor-ship and care, along with their knowledge in various disciplines. Our faculty are proud members of the Canadian Dance Teachers' Association (CDTA), Dance Educators of America (DEA), Performing Arts Educators of Canada (PAEC), Dance Masters of America (DMA), and the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), to name a few of our affiliations.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, friendliness and positive fun atmosphere. Our low student-to-teacher ratios, and SMALLER classes, enable us to give all our students the individual attention they deserve. Students can attend a FREE TRIAL CLASS and experience the art of ballet, jazz, tap, kinder-dance, hip hop, acro or contemporary - all at our convenient Richmond Hill location - or via Zoom in the comfort of their own home.
CB Dance Academy offers the highest quality instruction, welcoming students to dance, grow and have fun while learning. New students are always welcome!
Led by Directors, Charma Belnavis and Charmaine Penney, CB Dance Academy provides an innovative and versatile dance curriculum. We are dedicated to providing an inspiring, challenging and supportive environment that nurtures students' holistic wellness - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
